Thank you to the city of Everett, our sponsors, volunteers and the participants.
The Seattle Rod-Tiques are a Northwest car enthusiast's car club. Although the name is Seattle, most of the members live in Snohomish and Skagit counties. The club was organized in the 1950's; however, in 1979 it was incorporated as a Washington State Non-Profit Corporation.
The Club's mission: Promote family fun; community awareness by raising funds for various charities; and car and driving safety.
The Seattle Rod-Tiques car club over the years has donated thousands of dollars to Campfire USA; Providence Hospice; Children's Hospital and Medical Center; Snohomish Food Bank and the Snohomish County Sheriff's Explorers. In 2008 we added a new charity: Burned Children Recovery Foundation.
In 2010 the Washington State Hot Rod Hall of Fame honored the Seattle Rod-tigues car club as club of the year. We were also presented with the 50 year club award.
Seattle Rod-Tiques car club has hosted the Annual Cruzin' to Colby ® car show over Memorial Day Weekend in Downtown Everett since 1999. The Sunday cruise and dance were added to the event in 2003. This show has become one of the Pacific Northwest's premier car shows.
Membership in the Club is for car enthusiasts, so having a car is not a prerequisite. Applications and information are available at the Membership booth Sunday and Monday. Also you can download and mail to Seattle Rod-Tiques, 13300 Bothell-Everett Hwy, PMB 6115, Mill Creek, Washington 98012 or call Helen Meadows at 425-710-7406.
We hope you enjoy the event and have fun at Cruzin' to Colby ® this Memorial Day Weekend.
The Seattle Rod-Tiques would like to thank you for your participation and support of this annual event.
